I recently visited MyEyeDr and had an amazing experience! Everyone who worked there was very friendly, which created an upbeat atmosphere. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Kenya helped me with my glasses fitting and she was great! They also had an excellent selection of frames to choose from, and I got the cutest pair of Pradas and a cute set covered through my insurance. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great eye care provider.

Very friendly staff that will go above and beyond for the the customer. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me. I will continue to make the drive to visit them for all my future eye appointment. Highly recommended. 5 STARS

2nd UPDATE: I had my glasses 3 days before the lenses started popping out of the frame. They are not secured in the frames *at all.* I haven't dropped them or treated them poorly; this is from everyday normal wear of 72 hours.
Yes, they are the "cheap" Caresource ones, but according to the receipt I was given they would have been $300+ to purchase. My next glasses will come from Zenni so I don't have to deal with the eyewear staff and also this issue has NEVER occured with the 10 pairs I've purchased in the past from Zenni.
This review changed from 5 stars to a generous 2 in under 3 weeks. It's too bad the eyewear staff and the quality of the glasses provider they use has ruined a great experience with the doctor and his assistant and receptionist. I doubt I will return here for my next exam.
1st UPDATE: I'm updating this to add my terrible experience picking up my glasses: I'm going to change this to 4 stars from 5 for the doctor and his staff ONLY. The eyeglass pickup staff was SO hostile and rude when I went to pick up my eyeglasses. Apparently, they are closed for lunch from 1-2, which they make NO indication of in any communications or any texts, nor verbally or by signage, nor on the main website or Google. I was just supposed to somehow magically know. The person who "fit" me for my glasses was raging and yelling and complaining the entire time *about* me and another sweet lady when we showed up at 1:15 to get our glasses. He did not adjust them at all because he was taken aback that I told him how inappropriate he was being. As I understand they are a different company from the doctor, but they may want to reconsider who they do business with. It's made me question ever coming back when I was so impressed with the doctor and his staff.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This was my first time using MyEyeDr. I hadn't had an exam since before the pandemic. The receptionist was excellent and SO friendly. The tech who did my initial check in was also great and patient. The doctor was the best eye doctor I have ever seen. He was accommodating (he wore a mask as I requested on my online booking). He explained everything he was doing. He was thorough but fast and I felt heard and confident in the care I was receiving. An amazing experience overall and my fiance was so impressed he made an appt too, and I plan to make one for my daughter, as well. They had a large selection for Caresource covered glasses, and so many different styles. At the place I was going before, they had a literal wooden cigar box they brought out full of approximately 10 ugly, outdated pairs to choose from. MyEyeDr. will definitely be my go to for eye exams from here on out.
