Dr. McGinnis was very good and helped me out the best he could. He got me fitted in the correct prescription as I needed. Tammi at the front counter was amazing!!! Tammi, was very nice and professional and went above expectations for me. More people need to be like Tammi!!! I will definitely be coming back to the Elmwood location!! UPDATE... They have messed up the Billing from my last visit, which they have "Double Billed" me and have yet to fix it. Nobody will call you back to try to fix it. However, their automated message from billing calls you to pay your bill. Absolute disaster! Will not be returning!!

My experience at the Elmwood location was great. Niki was thorough in obtaining information and scans. Corey the manager, was friendly, professional and patient while I selected frames. Dr McGuinness posesses the skill, knowledge and experience you look for in an optometrist. It is always a pleasure to see him.
