Loved it on eye exam. Loved it getting my new lenses. Thank you for your support to our military veterans. Great staff, very clean and courteous, and great cash prices. Maps off. 1st time told me it could NOT get me there. Eye place across the freeway got me to my appointment on time. 2nd time it was close getting me into road between two strip centers. When I pulled onto road, map said was incorrectly on the right. It is not. It is the strip center on the left. Why I posted photos of outside of building and business. It is in the middle of the strip center. A bit hidden, but we'll worth the drive. Not much of a wait.

One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. The girl that deals with insurance is not only incompetent but lazy. She called to verify my insurance before the visit as they should. So I provide my details and she informs me that they cannot locate my insurance. Which is fine, so I do everything in my power to assist, I verify my personal information, called my HR to obtain a member ID, basically every detail to aid them in verifying my insurance. I am a healthcare provider as well, so to me the logical thing would be to call the back of the insurance card and verify coverage. The lady refused to call, so I did. Note that I had already looked on the insurance website for covered providers which is how I found their office to begin with. After calling the insurance company they informed me that the website was down and they could not pull any member information but it would be fixed around 2pm. She called me and informed me that my insurance was not covered, my exact policy was not covered and I would have to find a different provider or do self-pay. If you cannot verify the insurance just say that, there is no need to lie, there was no way to even see that information because the insurance company website etc were down. I called and verified my plan at 2: 30 and made an appointment elsewhere.

Dr. Bloomberg is fantastic. The billing department is not. Required escalation to corporate for resolution of claims issues which were subsequently repeated for other family members. Office staff were less than helpful and condescending when explaining. If you don't have traditional eye insurance, I do not recommend.
