My first eye exam in about 3 years and the whole staff did exactly what needed to be done. Dr. Moore was exceptional-from her knowledge to her patience. Her “bedside manner” is very professional but soothing. Sandy did a great job of offering all of the promotions and getting me the best pricing with my insurance. She took time to thoroughly explain all the small details and answered all of my inquiries professionally and clearly. All of the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Best eye doctor experience I’ve had in my life, literally!

I had a great experience at this Midtown MyEyeDr location! (not to be confused with the Peachtree St location, this one is located in the Spire across from Blick Art Materials). Attentive, friendly customer service. Dr. Candace was patient and willing to answer all of my questions. They have updated equipment so that for the eye pressure check they don't use that uncomfortable eye air puff anymore, thank goodness. They also have an option to check your back eye health without needing to dilate, for an extra fee (which they make very clear upfront). I also appreciated at the end they meticulously took the time to cross-check with my insurance to see what benefits I had and what it would cover. They did not pressure me to buy anything and I felt supported in my decisions. I'll certainly be coming back!

Candice Moore does not care about the patients, does not want to explain if there are questions and uses medical terms, without explanation, that most people won't understand. She does not like to be questioned once she has done an exam and she definitely seems to resent recheck exams. The previous optometrist took the time, in store, to have me put in contacts, check the fit, and check my vision with them in (I miss her!); Candice could care less and did not even attempt to solve my issues, only ordered trial pairs without having me try them in store. She should not deal with patients or maybe she should choose another profession. She is the worst optometrist I have ever seen. The other staff is very nice and efficient. I hope the new optometrist is equal to the staff.
