Hustlers. They've got all kinds of made up charges they will add on to your exam, and then they'll pressure you into buying their overpriced frames or contacts. Not to mention that the staff members working in the front both seemed to have some kind of personality disorder, and probably shouldn't be working in customer facing roles. Great experience. I was 9 months preggo and didn’t have the time to come to pick up my contacts and glasses so Blake Mccoy brought them to me personally. That’s wonderful customer service I really appreciate that.

This is the worst location, the woman at the front desk has no customer service. I’ve had a few encounters with her and they were all bad. The most recent She wouldn’t even look up my account to see if I had a warranty on my glasses. I had to call a different location, they looked up my account and ordered my new glasses all over the phone.
