Title: Unprofessional and Inconsiderate Service at MyEyeDr. I recently had a highly disappointing experience with MyEyeDr. that has left me frustrated and unwilling to consider their services in the future. I had a scheduled appointment at 3:30 pm and arrived on time, only to be greeted with a disheartening announcement that they had overbooked and needed to reschedule my appointment. The fact that they had my file ready but couldn't manage their schedule appropriately is indicative of a lack of professionalism and organization within the company. It's incredibly frustrating to set aside time for an appointment, only to have it disrupted due to their poor planning. To add insult to injury, I was informed that they had allegedly made an attempt to contact me regarding the issue. However, after thoroughly checking my voicemail and email, I found no evidence of such communication. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning, and it raises questions about the reliability and integrity of their customer service. Overall, my experience with MyEyeDr. was marked by unprofessional behavior, poor scheduling management, and a lack of effective communication. As a result, I will not be rescheduling with them and will actively discourage others from considering their services. It's disappointing to encounter such disregard for customers' time and inconvenience, and I sincerely hope that others can avoid similar frustrating experiences with this company.

When I arrived to the Parkville MD location, no one was at the front desk, so someone had to halt with a patient to see me. I was very admitted that i only wanted the eye exam and prescription for contacts, that's it. When I was waiting for the Dr, said same woman was being very pushy about buying all these glasses to a client, to the point were the client adburtly said, "I'm not trying to spend all this much money!" After my eye exam with my Dr, who was nice and explained daily vs monthly contacts when i explained to her i wear them twice a month. When I was back on the floor, I was met with Barbara. She was very pushy about having me buy a years worth of daily contacts, which all together would cost my bill $900+! I had to explain I don't wear contact daily, only twice month for shooting purposes. So I did not need a year supply! But she kept harping about the $250 mail in rebate. But again, I'm not spending that much money! She was also not aware about my discount through my insurance when processing and thought I was self-paying, so a very lack of awareness! And when I firmly and politely said I'm just paying for the exam, I was given a guilt trippen shame of tone, "You're gonna pay more online!" I don't appreciate the lack of clients right of automony in their choice of services and products! I wasn't going there to spend $900+ on contacts! I don't know what your mark-up is and what your make in sales/commission, but there needs to be a fine line of services offered, and clients right to choose. Overall, I'll be looking else where.

If i could give them negative stars, i would. They did a poor job replacing my lenses, causing one of them to pop out and brake my frames after only 3 days of having them. THEY DO NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSABILITY. It was there fault, they will not replace my frames, and if i buy a new frame i and the insurance have to pay for replacing my lenses again. UPDATE: I was told they would be honored to connect with me, i sent the email the same day they replied to my review and have not heard back from anybody yet.
