I love Doctor Ward and have been going to see him for years, Way before he joined the My Doctor network. Today I went and the lady was cashing me out, but had many questions to the other employees. She said I owed $820.00. I asked to have another employee review the invoice. I ended up paying $120.00. Big difference. Does not inspire confidence.

This is my family’s second time trying out this place. The first time they messed up our billing so bad they had my husband (primary on insurance) down as a child so nothing was covered. It took 8 months to get it worked out. I went in for new glasses and contacts, the Dr. Was great, unfortunately the rest of the staff was not. I had to wait about a half hour for someone to help me with glasses and they rushed me through it. Did not measure my eyes to see where the transition in the lens should be, did not ask what coating I wanted on my glasses and when I picked up my $800 glasses. No fitting option was offered or available. They Just took my money and could care less if they worked for me. Buyer be ware we are 0 for 2. I called in to try and get a fitting for my new glasses scheduled but they would rather interrupt me and fight with me than help me!!! Horrible experience!

MyEyeDr & Dr Ward are amazing! I’ve been a patient for 4+ years now and each time I go back there is improvement in an already high level of care, super clean office, incredibly helpful staff, and setting up an appointment was super easy! Dr Ward is a genuinely good human and ophthalmologist. Every staff member made me feel valued during each step of the exam, and I appreciated the constant level of attentiveness and care.
