Who in there right mind books a new patient with a doctor on there last day. While we are at it, the doctor had a quote on quote family emergency on there last day coming from the lady working the phones who sounds like they don’t want to work there. If you cancel me work on re-scheduling me don’t make me jot down a number and try to call around in different cities different version of this bad company. I don’t want anything to do with your bad service from this location or any of your other locations. Horrible reminders aka none, bad phone service, bad scheduling bad everything.

I am so thankful for myeyeDr. Dr. Clark and General Manager Evangeline are the BEST. I broke my glasses and was do for an eye exam. Went in and they treated me like I was family and not a patient. Walked out with a free pair of frames until I'm able to get the glasses I want. This is why I have been coming to this Boynton Beach location for years now. You guys know exactly what good customer service is supposed to look like. See you all soon! Thank you ☺️
