Purchased my glasses which literally fall off my face. Went to have them adjusted. Staff was rude, condescending and incompetent Like my doctor but will likely make a change based on support staff

Been seeing Dr. Shoji over 30 yesterday. Best and most thorough eye exams. She quickly caught an eye issue I had and referred me out for cross linking.
I was back at their office again today. Office staff has changed and improved fromma few years ago. Had 5 star service from exam to glasses fitting
