Always a great experience with Naper Grove Vision Care. I have been a patient for over 35 years. Never once have I had a conflict or been treated without respect & polite staff and Doctors. My Dr Has always been Dr Laura Giancola. Love her.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hanna, who put my daughter at ease during a recent eye exam. With a warm and engaging personality, she walked her through each part of the exam by explaining what she was doing and why. She made the entire process positive and comfortable while remaining thorough. Great overall visit!

I want to take the time to really share how awesome Carter and all the staff have been to me when I first visited. He explained my eye issues in an understanding way and was concise and super efficient. I was totally impressed on their fast system with them all working together with different responsibilities and each person listened and connected the dots till the end. I will recommend this place as you WILL get an answer to why you can't see as you did before and have an answer to fix your problem. I left with unexpected GREAT interventions in which I haven't received from my previous 4 years of other eye doctors visits.

Naper Grove Vision Care of Naperville is a fantastic office. The staff is incredibly friendly, the office is clean and welcoming, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I recently switched here and have been very satisfied with the transition to my new vision care provider. Their pricing is very fair, and the staff is clearly highly educated and knowledgeable about what’s best for your eyes. The technology they use is also extremely advanced, unlike anything I’ve experienced before, which gives me confidence that the results and prescriptions are accurate and precise. It’s easy to see why they’ve been voted Best of Naperville! Highly recommend!

Been a patient for years, obviously a satisfied one. This visit was a non-routine eye issue. As always they took good care of me and dealt with the issue. Love them for the routine eye checks, and happy they are available for the non-routine. Highly recommend!

Friendly, professionally, competently helped me with my prescriptions for glasses and contacts. I have been going to Naper Grove Vision Care for 15 years. I recently hoped to quickly get an appt before my insurance changed and they accommodated me within a couple of days. My husband also just had an appt and he received his two new pairs of glasses in only about one week. We have always been very pleased.
