The way they do their billing is a testament to how broken the US healthcare system is. Whether I can criticize Naperville Eye Associates for caring about nothing but short-term profitability in a healthcare system that operates pretty much like a free market economy is a question I do not have an answer to, what I do know tho is that there are many places out there that do care about other things too such as long-term trust and relationship with patients, and I will never, ever, go back to this place.

AVOID at all costs! Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. Like all of the other reviewers, I too was a victim of their scamming billing system. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I just returned from my visit with Dr. Cox, which as usual, was a delightful experience. I have been a patient here for 15+ years, and the doctors and staff have always taken the best care of me (and my eyes). I appreciate the time & patience spent by Dr. Cox, and his assistants, Shana & Jamie. They are thorough, and take time to make sure everything is "Just Right."
I highly recommend this practice!
