I had a great experience getting my new glasses. The team was knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Moseley helped me with information, was caring and attentive. I feel confident with my eye care with the team at this location.

Horrible service! If i could give 0 stars i would!!!! Do not recommend. Scheduled an appt they called me to cancel and reschedule i said sure its fine. Drove 45 min to my daughters rescheduled appt and i show up and they tell me its too late that she cant be seen! The appt was scheduled at 5:40 it said to arrive at 5:25! I got there at 5:30. There was no costumers and they said they had no time to see us. I asked to speak to manager and she has bad service. Talking to me saying they go based off what they see on the computer not on thr text messages they send. All week i have been getting reminders that my appt is at 5:40 i even replied to them to confirm aapt ! My time was waisted and my daughter was extremely devastated. The manager spoke to me in a rude way i was not even being rude i was simply explaining hey like i have all these messages saying this time o drove a far way. Then they said they called me about my appt daying they changed it to an earlier time and the number on file wasn't even mine! Sucks to work costumer service and have sucky costumer service!! If you dont like handling costumers dont work in the industry!

Horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE! Rude front desk workers, caught them in many lies. I always buy the insurance or warranty and for some reason they never have it on record. The lady had the audacity to argue with me that I’ve never bought the insurance. Good thing I’ve kept receipts. I bought my son glasses on June 14, apparently they had them ready since June 20th. It now July 26th. Never got a phone call, text message, or email to notify me they were ready for pick up. This is the last time I go here. If the review would let me rate them no stars I would. I have to at least click on one star in order to post this review. Horrible horrible!
