Every year, we have eye exam and glass wear purchased at Nationwide Vision. The experienced doctor is so nice and patient to answer any questions that we might have. The staff from front desk to doctor assistant to eye glasse wear measure staff here are courtesy and competent. They present professionalism. Leaving the appointment, we are satisfied with updated frame choice and clear glasses in a week ahead.

I have been a patient/customer at Nationwide for many years and keep going back because of the caring staff and great customer service. My prescription has always been perfect.

The customer service is very good. The doctor and assistant know what they're doing and are very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions satisfactorily. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the wait time to see the assistant and doctor. I thought it was little too long
