Nationwide on 51st and Cactus has been the absolute worse place I've ever dealt with. It took over 9 weeks to get my daughter's contacts in from initial visit....(contacts arrived a week ago and I was never notified. I happen to call them to get an update on the order since it's been longer than they quoted me to find out they've been in the office for a week) I could write so much more but I'll leave it to this..... avoid this location! I had no choice because my daughter needed a diabetic exam done..... (there should be more offices that provide diabetic exams besides this one). Next time I will do the exam only and order somewhere else since it takes them over 2 months. Andrea the assistant manager who works there is incompetent to say the least! Worse customer service ever

I have been to this location & was really pleased with the staff. I didn't need an eye exam,but I did have a prescription & they were very helpful to fulfill it. I do have to make a return appearance & very confident they will help me out again..

My actual rating is a -5 stars! Buyer BEWARE the quality of work is HORRIBLE. My glasses are just a little over a year old and so scratched up I can't see out of them. Mind you I purchased their Insurance. Only to find out it expires when your prescription does. Which was not mentioned to me. I would not have purchased it. Don't go here if you have any self respect.
