If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is a total disappointment. First of all, when we went into our appointment the woman working at the front desk was neither welcoming nor polite. She was extremely rude and did not seem to care about the people in the store. Now, after getting the prescription and purchasing glasses, I have been trying to reach out for an update on the glasses. I have been calling every day for a week, and they have not picked up the phone ONE TIME. The voicemail is full, and the call just disconnects with no way to leave a voicemail. There is no way to get in touch with them unless I go there in person, which I feel I have no choice but to do. How can these people consider themselves a pediatric facility if they can't answer the phone? What if my daughter had a major issue happening? I will NEVER go to this location again. Save your time and go to a local optometrist office. - I wanted to edit this to add that this is a shame, because we did like the Doctor. Hopefully he finds a better office someday!

If it was based off just my experience the place would get a one, but they are patient with my youngest son which is a plus because he is highly energetic and can be uncooperative with the tests. Now on the other hand, they keep ordering my son the wrong glasses, this is the second time in a row I’ve received them and they are not the frames I’ve chosen. They are too big for his face and constantly fall off. Another thing is they never answer the phone. The optometrist my son and I worked with was great, but the front staff could be less rude.

Upon walking in I saw how many people were in there and immediately became concerned that we would be there forever. However, that absolutely was NOT the case at all. They are quick and efficient but if you do have questions or concerns, the dr will definitely take the time to explain. The variety of frames really allow my children to choose a style that fits their personalities. We really like this Nationwide Vision.
