I love this place this is my second time here because I recently moved and they were very nice and helpful. Doctor was very nice and professional. They definitely made my visit fast and easy. People at front were so helpful and friendly. Love them!!

If I can give this location a 0 I will. They are rude, never answer phones. They won't greet you when you walk in there location. You can never get ahold of the Manager there. When I ask to talk to her they tell me she not there and give me her next scheduled when she there. But when I go to talk to her on her next shift she never even there. To top it off I have to deal with the worse assistant Manager his name is Michael, who has the work attitude ever. Never fixes my problem, give me attitude when I need something to get fix. But yet I can get charged up to $400 for a pair of glasses , but can't fix them if there something wrong with them. Has no customer service what so ever. I can't believe he is still there. I had to go to another store to get my stuff fix, which could of been done there with no questions ask. Like the location at 57ave and Northern. The Manager there is name Donna, she fix my problem fast like the other location was supposed too.I wish some will get ahold of me ASAP.

It was my first time in nationwide and Milschan was the one attending me. I had the best experience, was very helpful gave me tips and advice would definitely recommend asking for him.

Dr Patel was so helpful and caring and informative and smart. Appreciate her and the staff so much. Marlyn was exceptional awesome in getting me set up for the glasses and I’m so happy with the selection. Thank you.

Amazing experience the technicians go over and beyond. Took multiple of my kids and they treated them all great. It handled us in a timely manner. Glasses came back perfect and in a timely manner as well.

Horrible experience don't go here haven't been able to pick up my sons glasses because everytime we go they are closed even at 2pm and won't answer phone son can't see can't call can't go there even during business hours. Extremely helpful, walked in for my niece's prescription to be filled, and they were extremely helpful on getting it done. I really appreciate them and the quality of their work.

Everyone that works here, from Dr Patel to the staff were great! Araceli, helped me after my exam and she showed me the right frames, for my price range. Then took care of fitting them. I recommend Nationwide to my friends and family. If you are looking for a vision center where everyone is welcoming and treats you like family, then this is the place for you! And, I love my new glasses! I should also add, they have a huge collection of frames to choose from, and they are very affordable.

Took my kids last week the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Had my appointment and was out within an hour and a half. So I don't know why people are saying the staff is rude or the wait time is long ive never had that problem coming here. Everyone that we talked to was very nice and even helped my son fix his old pair of frames while we waited to be seen. Love this location and all the staff. 🙂

The doctor here is absolutely rude. He was really frustrated with me because I couldn’t answer the questions he was asking me and I was trying to explain to him but he just didn’t wanna hear it from me. So unprofessional and rude. And of course the manager wasn’t their to assist us so we just walked out. How can they provide services if they are so unhappy with themselves and try and take it out on clients. Never going back again.

This will be the second time I have came to this nation vision location. And the whole team is amazing 👏. My Kids get excited every year we come to get there eyes checked.. Dr. Stephanie is amazing she really takes the time to check there eyes and listens to our concerns and explains everything to us. She has really help my 8 year old with his eyes.. She is honest and cares for her patients!! Thank You!!!

Building is well kept, doctor was kind, and the staff were very helpful. Mirschan helped with my frames today and he did a good job!
