Avoid this place. The first pair of eyeglasses I got here had both lenses loose, one worse than the other. I couldn't figure out how to tighten them so I took them back. They took my glasses to send back and get the lenses replaced. Almost two weeks later I get a text they are in. But only one lens has been replaced and the other one is still very loose. And the person I need to talk to about it is not in. When she finally arrives, they want to take my glasses again, to send back again, to have the other lens replaced. I'm upset that I was without my new glasses for almost two weeks and only one lens was fixed, so I complain about them taking my glasses again. It's Wednesday and she tells me I can keep my glasses for now and on Friday they will contact me to let me know how they are going to deal with it. Friday comes and I get a text message that my glasses are ready. That seemed way too quick and when I went in the next day, they didn't have my glasses and no one knew why I had gotten a text. "The system" the woman tells me. My replacement lens was not ready. I made a trip there for nothing. Since I was not contacted like I was told I would be, and since I got an erroneous text, I decided to end the situation and return the glasses and go somewhere else. The guy said he could order the lens I needed (apparently the replacement hadn't even been ordered at that point?). but he would refund me if I wanted. I gave them the glasses with the loose lens and they refunded my money. However I used an insurance vision plan, and until I get these incompetents to contact the vision plan to show the glasses were returned, I can't go use my vision benefits anywhere else. So now I have to deal with the hassle of getting Nationwide to notify the vision insurance that I returned the glasses. I'm guessing that is going to be a hassle too. Avoid this place unless you like problems.

Please save yourself some time and avoid this location. I have been waiting 4 WEEKS for my trial contacts. I have been very patient and trying to be understanding but this is ridiculous and absolutely unprofessional. At first when I would call they used the excuses that I have a strong prescription and that is why its taking so long ( which is interesting because I've always worn contacts and NEVER had this issue) Now when I call I don't even get an answer. I have left several messages and no return call back. I have a planned trip coming up and need my contacts due to the activities ill be doing and thought going 2 months before my trip would be okay but clearly not. I have yet to receive my contacts or a call back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS LOCATION. Staff is also not helpful. The only reason this place received 1 star is because I had to choose a rating to post this, otherwise it would definitely be ZERO

I had such a great experience working with Alex!!!! For Years I’ve payed a premium to be insured for both contacts and glasses. Every optical office I’ve gone to have told me that all insurance covers either or. I’ve called my insurance multiple times and they confirmed this is indeed true. Every consultant has told me it’s not possible except ALEX!!! She took the time to listen and we called my insurance company together to verify. She is extremely professional and embodies what true customer service and a white glove experience is! Thank you Alex!
