I feel like the doctor didn't try get my vision to its best. I wasn't sure until I went back this year and mentioned that I have to take my glasses off to see within 5ft correctly. So he said I needed bifocals or progressive lenses. So I got them and I still need to take my glasses off to see better. So what was the point. Another issue for me is I have diabetes and need my eyes checked for possible damage and they do not have the equipment to do so. Lastly, after only 8 months after having my eye exam I started receiving messages about my prescription being expired. They know I have insurance. Obviously my insurance is not going to pay again until 2024.

I called to get a quote in regards to my daughter’s glasses. My daughter broke her glasses. The lady tells me to come in and that it was going to be $50 to re order her glasses. Never told me that I needed to bring her broken glasses. They then tell me it’s going to be $130 to re order her glasses. I walked out. I didn’t have any problems when they took my money with the first pair but the fact that they tried to up charge me not telling the small print was not right. I paid for insurance for her glasses that only cover if the ey are broken not lost. What type of insurance is that? If you do business here make sure you ask as many questions like what is covered don’t throw ur glasses away when they are broken because you will be asked to bring them in. But they don’t tell you that.

I would give no stars if I was able to. They should not be able to see kids, they were VERY rude to my 5year old son & treating him like he was dumb. Even the front staff was rude, not to mention they were talking smack about a patient sitting across the room from them. It was also VERY hard to get a hold of them.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL overall.
