This man should not even have his license to practice, we have a full video of my younger sibling being harassed verbally due to his personal medical beliefs...how is it possible somebody like this can practice? If somebody does not want to provide service due to medical beliefs its understandable...however the immense attitude towards individuals alike is very immature, especially if the patient was not screened beforehand...and was kindly on their way out...He lacks professionalism and needs to reevalute his sense of morality towards medical freedom

Horrible!!!!! REFUSED TO SEE MY FATHER WHO HAS CANCER BECAUSE HE DIDNT GET A VACCINE!! Didn’t even tell him BEFORE the appt. made him drive all the way there just to tell him “ we’ll see you initially but will not after that unless you get a vaccine”!!!!!

I highly recommend him. I have been going to him since I was in elementary school and didn’t go to any other eye doctor when away at college. Him and his staff are very friendly, they have great experience, and it’s a comforting knowing that my future appointments will be with him.

The staff courteous, Dr is very good and nice with kids, he explained every stephe is taking. Highly recommended. Excellent customer service.

I’ve seen this dr a few times over about 15-18 years. He was very informative. Very intelligent. Explains things In a (non medical and clinical jargon) manner so I can understand more about eyes and issues. I saw many negative reviews about his mask policy and vaccine. They did ask me before hand if I was vaccinated- I am. We have to respect other’s personal beliefs. As a doctor I’d presume he knows best. Also he diagnoses eye disease. He is close to peoples faces and eyes and breathing bc he may be measuring ocular pressure. If I was him I’d probably be very cautious as well. Better safe then sorry - and many doctors you wear masks at!! An eye doctor I can see why he has these rules, he’s examining eyes! 👀 near the nose, mouth 👄 you know where and how, Covid spreads, and respiratory issues of all kinds. Just be respectful of others. I forget every single time And the staff is not rude, they are very polite and professional. They have answers to my questions, even if they don’t cover my needs w insurance for ex. The office is very no frills. But as long as the service is good which is all I care about. 👍

The ophthalmologist and staff were really professional. My daughter and me felt so comfortable.

This office is horrible. Our first appointment for my son the doctor was very rude to me as his parent. Then for his next appointment, the day before the appointment they called me and told me they were closing the office the next day, no emergency reason just closing and that the only day they could give was 2 weeks away on a Saturday morning. So, I changed my family’s entire schedule around to make sure we could go to the appointment, as it’s important for my son. However, only to get a call once again a couple of days before the appointment for them to tell me they were closing the office the day of his appointment again. And once again, not emergency related. All they could say to me was the doctor was now not going to be there that day. Perhaps if the receptionist was apologetic or could give me more explanation as to why the office was closing yet again I would have been more understanding. But she was not and then she hung up on me. Seriously! This is coming from someone who I think has never left a bad review!

My husband and I have been going to Dr Nayar for decades and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Doctor forced to get Covid vaccine not Acceptable very rude ..

Very efficient and professional place. Staff and doctor know what they are doing. I had a very pleasant experience at this place.

I took my mom to her appointment and Dr. Nayar and his staff were extremely professional and very helpful. Most importantly they took the time to explain and help us understand her situation. I highly recommend this genuine doctor and his staff. Thank you Dr. Nayar & Staff!

I've been bringing my daughter to this doctor for the past few years. Never had an issue with him or his staff until today. We've been waiting for months for this appointment. Staff comes and asks my daughter if she's vaccinated. Then questions my 15-year-old with a condescending tone as to why she hasn't gotten the vaccine. Then turns to me to say the doctor isn't taking any unvaccinated patients. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous. They could have told me months ago when I made the appointment. Now I have to find a new doctor for her and wait months for a new patient visit. Very disappointed and disgusted.

Staff is excellent and extremely caring. I have been going to dr nayar since I was in elementary school. He has always been rude and does not consider my problems to be problems. I always disregarded his mannerisms because my mom would tell me he is very good. Turns out he missed a bunch of symptoms and mis-diagnosed me. I would have not known if hadn’t moved and had to see a new dr. He doesn’t care and assumed I was making up concerns. Who says that? I have been going to him for almost 12 years and this is his solution? If I hadn’t seen someone else I would have had extreme long term issues. Sad. Do not recommend.
