What a wonderful office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so pleasant, accommodating, and professional. Dr. Inciardi's expertise and care during the eye exam were outstanding. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions - it really felt like she was listening to me and not trying to rush through my visit to see another patient. Definitely five-star worthy!

When I arrived early to fill out papers. The nice receptionist already had my information in the computer. I was Brought to the patient room. The first attendant was very helpful and understanding and explain to me. What I was in for and I was made. Comfortable Very nice Personality and manners. I then met with the doctor who was very thorough. And walk me through the process. I felt very confident in the doctor Abilities and explanations of what My results would be. I was given a second appointment For october as a follow up By the receptionist i'm looking Forward to my next appointment. Very happy with the entire experience👍👀 I would highly recommend the doctor again to anyone. Thank you, one and all.

The personnel who work there are very polite, courteous, and patient and answered all concerning questions. Office was very organized.
