As a family we have been going here for at least 5 years and have had nothing but exceptional service. Both Doctors are kind, informative and really amazing- I would and I do recommend Nelson Eye Care to everyone we know!

The doctor was over 30 minutes late to work then walked in with lunch in his hand. He started an exam on someone else within seconds of coming into the building, hurrying as if he were late to a high school class. Incredibly unprofessional, disorganized, and tacky. However, the technician who handled my intake process was great and very helpful! I'm a combat veteran assigned to the government's VA Community Care program. I won't let our taxpayer funded programs like the one I'm using be abused by churning out customers instead of providing quality, professional medical care. I don't recommend coming to this location. I felt uncomfortable and would not trust my medical care with this office.

I’ve been to Nelson twice. The first time he was 40 minutes late to our appointment. The second time I waited 55 minutes before giving up and leaving. FYI your customers time is just as important as yours and if you can’t be REASONABLY punctual maybe call your customers BEFORE the drive all the way there and ask if they can reschedule.

Very good optometrist. I have gone myself and taken three of my children for eye exams. Dr Nelson was very thorough and good with children. The cash pay price was $60 when I visited, with an additional fee if dilation was needed. The office is located at the Sam's club, in a separate entrance.

You might get a phone call about the appointment you’ve made days ago and they might tell you that, your 16:20 appointment canceled, same day at 1pm. She said doctor is feeling sick so I guess the doctor didn’t feel sick in the morning since I didn’t get any call.

My daughter and I have been seeing both Doctors at Nelson Eyecare for a few years now and we are so pleased both of them. They are both so gentle and patient. I would highly recommend them both.
