Awful experience, I purchased an expensive pair of frames that were defective, this office is never open and they have been just a nightmare. Avoid this place, the optometrist is never at this location they have another location in simi valley, also they are never at the office on posted hours.

Very sad to say that after 15 plus years the receptionist who I have tolerated so I could have a great optometrist Dr. Gracier Ner - I’m surprised she would allow an intolerable receptionist speak to paying clients - SO RUDE - happy to take my business elsewhere- Peace out !

Gracie Ner OD is great as is her office assistant. I would recommend her office to anyone. Dr. Ner will explain ocular conditions in a way that is easy to understand and is sensitive to financial considerations. They also have a good selection of glasses in their office.

This place is awesome. Iptometrists is amazing!! And staff have great taste in frames - very current hip / funky / fun / serious / business / artsy styles to choose from. And very friendly. My favorite in Los Angeles

I’ve been seeing eye doctors for 20+ years so far, and I’ve learned more about my eyes in one visit with Dr. Gracie Ner than in all of my other appointments combined. Very friendly and knowledgeable, will thoroughly answer any questions you have.

My wife and I have both had great experiences here. The doctor and staff have been responsive and helpful. We were able to get appointments quickly. I visited to get contacts, and my appointment was very fast. Plus, the prices for contacts were much cheaper than the online store affiliates with my vision insurance! My wife raved that Dr. Ner spent significant time talking to her and explaining things to her. We were both very pleased.

I have To say that after many years of coming to this location I’m very disappointed in this last visit my eye exam was great Dr. Was great but the receptionist/Assistant was very unprofessional she refuse to give me my 1st eye glasses witch I was only going to pay at the time and witch I made clear from day one that they where my priority other than the second pair she stated that if I didn’t make a short deposit for my second pair of glasses I could not take my first one’s. I asked to speak with my eye dr. And she said she’s not here so oh well what do you want to do! I ended up paying my glasses plus the deposit for something that was not urgent and took my eye glasses unhappy, after going home and wearing my new glasses I realize they don’t fit me as they should. I Called again this morning and Until now I have not received a phone call from anyone in this office. I told the receptionist that if I did not received a phone call by today I would be calling my insurance and make a complain, Receptionist replied by go ahead please do so call them. Omg what an ungly experience I strongly don’t recommend this location

The doctor is okay. However I had many problems with the receptionist and I tried to communicate the problems with her nicely but she refused to listen to me. She literally told me “we don’t need more patients.” So there you go.

Dr. Ner is professional but friendly. She is articulate in describing what she discovers and her staff is also very helpful with pricing solutions and accessing insurance information. Saturday and evening hours too!

I have been going to Dr. Ner for years and have found her to a be great eye doctor. She always explains the check-up procedures and is friendly and personable. Her receptionist / assistant is also nice and always helpful with scheduling appointments. Highly recommended!
