I love this place I went for the first time today, they were very helpful I love the front staff and the doctors they helped my problem if you need ear cleaning this is the place to go to. I recommend this place to anyone I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND YOUR WORK for taking your patients serious if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! Everyone was so nice I haven't felt this way in so long, I also love the way that you don't wait long I'm a keep going to this place

Horrible experience They never answer phones They evaluate you don’t care if you are in pain they just slap q follow up appointment. Testing what’s ok results were given in another appointment. I’ve been waiting a whole month to have them referred me for X-rays or other imaging I received authorization from my insurance via mail but this office that dose not function can seem to call me back or answer calls nothing. Just to get schedule at first it was a battle of 2 months I regret ever coming to this facility They have no empathy nor professionalism

This place is ridiculous. I suffered from mastoiditis and was hospitalized for it and was seen by this facility afterwards by dr Susan to make sure the infection in my head was gone. The doctor that seen me first at this facility did her tests and said there was still fluid left over and I needed surgery. The surgery was scheduled and I went to the surgery appointment and Dr Fredrick Gall was the dr that was supposed to perform the surgery. He came in the room not even knowing what was going on asking me. He then proceeded to look in my ear and say I don’t have any fluid left in my head. When I questioned him about the prior diagnosis from the same office with the prior doctor he said she doesn’t know what she is talking about and that he has 30 years on her. Very inappropriate and unprofessional and when it was all said and done it was a waste of time and money
