I want to commend Sarai Sandoval, patient counselor in NVision's Cheyenne office for exellent customer service throughout the process of scheduling my cataract surgery. Her detailed explanations and costs of each cataract surgery lens options helped me in selecting the best IOL for me. I appreciate the time she took to answer all my concerns, thank you Ms Sarai!

Clean comfortable atmosphere with knowledgeable staff from start to finish. The doctor took the time to explain each of my children’s exam. Will definitely be coming back. Bring a sweater as it is chilly in there.

My experience here was totally positive, there was very little waiting time, everyone was professional and friendly, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I would definitely recommend this practice to others.
