Very thorough!! The staff were all kind and pleasant. I went for an issue that came up and was a new patient. The flow of the office is efficient. Looking forward to my normal exam with them.

Highly recommended doctors. I know this from my 3 hour wait time. DR.Myint is outstanding. Very calm, caring and personal. Explains in detail what to expect.
The ungodly wait is due to his limited schedule and patient demand.
He's worth it.

The physician was nice but honestly, not impressed with the whole clinic. The lady tech who did my initial testing was extremely rude. She was not listening nor asking appropriate questions and was agitated when I stated I did need to be dilated. The discrepancy came because I told her I had just had my eyes checked at PearleVision 2 months ago for a renewed glasses/contact prescription. Because of this, she said she was not going to dilate me. I told her I was specifically coming in to have my whole eye looked at with dilation. She stated “you just had it done at PearleVision” during your exam. I told her no, they did not dilate me. She just assumed they had and then was upset and acted highly annoyed when I told her she didn’t ask about that.
They have you check in at self service kiosks while several staff members sit at the front and collect payment. The process is slow. A lady in a motorized cart came in and went to the counter and the worker at the desk told her to use the kiosk. I was a bit shocked. Luckily the woman could get out of her motorized cart easily but it would have been so much quicker just to help the lady at the counter. There are a lot of elderly people with walkers and having them just stand at the kiosk seems like a poor decision.
When they collected my payment they told me they charge $50 for refraction (eye exam for vision changes) which insurance doesn’t cover. I told her I just had my eyes checked for my annual prescription. I agreed to pay for it and then have it refunded if they didn’t need to do it. The tech didn’t do it and I did get the $50 refunded but they had to refund everything and then run my copay again because of how their billing works. The whole place seemed disorganized. The doctors I’ve seen there are great but will look elsewhere.
