Wouldn't be surprised if they are treating Medicaid and Medicare patients poorly because they think theyll come back, all in an effort to commit Medicaid / Medicare fraud. Overbooking for 3 hour waits and 5 minute office visits? Then tell you they can't do anything about your issue, and to return for a follow up? So you can be charged twice... It's too bad there are barely any Physicians in this city that have any integrity left. Hire better receptionists, techs and Doctors. Pay better. Why do you need summer houses and vacations and three cars... Make do and HELP people, Doctors are just way too overpaid to tune their patients out - and their staff too underpaid to care. That's my opinion.

My appointment was at 2. I was not seen till after 3, this was the least annoying part of my experience. I never write reviews but this place should be embarrassed. Where to begin with how terrible this appointment went. I was referred to Dr. Lee because they had the only doctor available in the area that could perform a "special surgery on my eye lid". Turns out he was not capable of doing it and recommended the same treatment that I was given the past two months. On top of that I witnessed the front desk women being rude to nearly everyone to approach them, "IF YOU COULD GO TO THE OTHER DESK, THAT WOULD BE GREAT" is a direct quote from the completely overwhelmed by not helping anyone front desk woman. After my nonhelpful appointment I was asked to wait to schedule my follow up appointment, that process lasted 25 minutes before I left without being called (knowing that I would NEVER return to this office for any reason ever). Come to find out today that the prescription that I was told to my face would be called in, was never called in at all. I am on the phone with them now being sent in an endless loop of answering machines, unable to reach anyone helpful at all. I am sure some of the people that work here are competent, but I didn't encounter even one. Avoid this place at all cost, seems like INSURANCE FRAUD to try and force me to come back and continue to charge me for no help at all.

Did my pre-registration the night before, arrived early, did the qr code check in and proceeded to wait over 30 minutes before I had to ask what was taking so long. Mind you, I had originally asked to schedule w a female Dr, but when I called they only had Dr Lee available.
After waiting almost an hour, Dr Lee comes in, was curt & dismissed all my concerns as "no big deal". For the past yr i've been having vision problems (lightening flashes, rippled vision & floaters & severe discomfort. I just didn't have insurance until now so was excited to get a treatment plan)
He dismissed my symptoms as "normal" said that maybe they'll go away and to deal with the discomfort. Funny, for the past 40 yrs I have lived a normal life & never had these symptoms, so how are they "normal". I also asked my friends in their normal lives if they had these issues, and.. Nope they dont have these issues in their normal lives, so.. How are these vision impairments "normal"??
All if this happened in about 5 minutes and then he left the room.. I was told they would contact me next year for my annual check up.. Nope. Never going back!
Just another reason why I request a woman dr.
Being dismissed & having my concerns negated Is an unfortunate common occurrence when dealing with male Dr's.
