I have been seeing Dr. Lee for over 5 years. Unfortunately, staffing at his locations have hit rock bottom. I recently spent 2 weeks attempting to get a simple refill for a prescription of eye drops that I have been taking for 5 years. The staff member that ended up on a conference call with my pharmacy was argumentative and rude. Can you believe that it came to the necessity of a 3-way conference call just to try and get Nevada Retina Center to refill a prescription. I then asked to speak to Dr. Lee and was advised he was OUT for the week. I asked to speak to the office manager and she was OUT. I than asked to speak to whoever was in charge and was advised there is NO ONE. I believe that !!! I then left a messgae for Dr. Lee to call me the following week when he returned and I NEVER heard from him. I won't be back. Dr Lee, your practice is only as good as it's worst employee.... and you have several.

Dr. Lee was very nice & made me feel I was in good hands. He gave me confidence that if my eye problems return or worsen I can receive his care ASAP. I liked his bedside manner & his personality. The nurses who assisted before the doctor examined me, were kind, friendly & made me feel comfortable. Office staff, were also friendly & helpful. My visit was a good experience. I would highly recommend this center.

Doctor Tyson Ward really is the best doctor. This was my daughters first experience with surgery and he did an amazing job. He’s patient with us and makes sure we are comfortable. I am so happy to have had him as my daughters surgeon… you can clearly see that he knows what he’s doing.
