Dr Verter and the entire staff are warm gentle and professional. I was terrified on my first visit but now it is like connecting to family. Not to mention my results of the therapy has gone better and quicker than expected. Great office staff and great doctors.

Staff is extremely professional and great! I’ve only used Dr.Haffner but he’s a very calm and soothing doctor but also very thorough. I’ve had a lot of eye doctors so that says a lot. Everyone makes you laugh and makes the mood light when walking into the office! Overall I’ve had nothing but a great experience with every employee inside that office!! Highly recommend New England retina!

Terrific fist time experience. Jason took my history and was awesome, Grace did my scans and was most efficient and Jane who checked me out was incredibly helpful. Best of all, Dr Tom. He was kind, generous with his time, honest & direct, knowledgeable and most patient. I didn’t feel rushed. Dr Tom graciously answered all my questions. All in all it was an excellent experience. One note of caution, if you’re in a hurry or looking to get in and out this is not the place for you. They were honest with the overall time you’d be in the office to the minute. 🤩🤩🤩
