Everyone in this office is courteous, welcoming and professional. The doctors are outstanding, kind and compassionate. Dr. Haffner and Dr. Verter take the time to discuss the medical issue and clearly explain the procedure they are doing. Their level of expertise is reassuring and we feel we are in good hands. Their delivery of care is what keeps as patients because the wait time is outrageous! Today we have been here since 2:00pm and going on 4:45 pm. Very frustrating. We wish there was some way to shorten the wait time.

I personally want to thank Dr. John Huang has been superb. Excellent. I have the highest most respect for this man who has really miraculously save my vision. I am grateful and thankful for him and I will refer anybody to him. He is the best in the field of retinal surgery and New England. I highly recommend him. His mannerism is very professional. He's kind. He's patient and he cares about his patience and he's very concerned about their eyesight. Thank you Dr. John Huang I hope you stay in the area for many, many many years and I will tell anybody that I know if they have problem with division the most definitely come to see you. They will not be disappointed. I know I have not been disappointed and I'm very pleased with the service and the staff is superb as well. Very kind and very courteous. Outstanding experience from start to finish. From check in to check out. The folks at the desks in all locations are great. Alex fantastic, Taylor great, dr huang has always been kind, gentle, attentive, and genuinely friendly.
