I don’t know what’s going on with this business but whenever I call or stop by for a quick glasses tightening, they are never there. They could at least have someone there to answer the phone for patients.

Incredible store and service! Jennifer was amazing! I walked in with a broken pair of glasses and walked out with a brand new pair in less than 30 minutes without an appointment. Jennifer went above and beyond to match my lenses with new frames, testing out every one in the store. I had never been to the store before but am absolutely coming back! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I visited New Era Eyecare this morning with one pair of broken glasses (from a fall) and one pair of poorly fitting glasses. The gentleman in the store repaired the broken glasses and changed out the nose piece on the others in a very short time. For FREE!
I bought my current glasses from this store a few years ago and was very satisfied with the service then also.
