Buyer beware. Staff is kind and professional, but this location was rigidly inflexible with their "policy". This resulted in me having glasses of an incorrect prescription that are useless to me. They offered to have lenses remade at an out-of-pocket expense as my insurance benefit was used for the year on the glasses needing different lenses.

I was looking for glasses and was referred to New Era from a family friend. Had the opportunity to visit the office and I must say the employees have definitely exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable of products. Took time to explain each glass frame, and any small question that I had. I sincerely want to thank Cecilia, Tina, Camila, and Selene. If I could give these ladies a raise out of my own pocket I definitely will. Good referrals from me to my fellow co-workers to stop by the various offices. Thank you so much everyone for your hard work.

The eye exam services were fine, but they weren’t able to provide me the voucher for the contact lenses that they promised. I ended up losing around $500 because they wouldn’t get couldn’t to me about the voucher from acuvue even after I called their office multiple times. Would just recommend going to another office with more competent admin staff
