I visited the clinic yesterday for a follow-up, three months after my eye surgery, JUNHEE LEE, MD did an outstanding job—truly skilled and professional. I’m very grateful for the care I received. I was also deeply impressed by the staff. Everyone was so kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They helped me feel calm and comfortable, with no fear going into the surgery. Thank you to the entire team for such an excellent experience. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering eye surgery.

Dr. Lee is an exceptional oculoplastic surgeon. He is extremely meticulous, honest, and truly a perfectionist in his work. He is also very kind, and down to earth, which makes you feel very comfortable and confident in his care. I traveled from South Florida to Duluth to see him, and it was absolutely worth the trip!! His assistant nurse, Rebekah is also wonderful, very professional, attentive, and caring. Thank you, Dr. Lee and Rebekah, for such a great experience!!

I went in for a cataract evaluation. They confirmed I have cataracts. When it came time to find somebody to actually do the operation because they don't do it, they cannot find me anybody. They're telling me to find new insurance instead of them trying to find me a doctor to take care of me. Very very poor customer service. If you need a routine checkup, you can come here but if you need anything else, you need to go somewhere else. I highly do not recommend these people.

On August 13, I had my lower eyelid Blepharoplasty From Dr. Junie Lee he is so humble kind experienced. I don’t have any words to explain about him how good he is, and I had procedure in Emory Emory Hospital it was very good experienced. If I could give junie Lee thousand stars I wish I could. give him

Bad receptionist. They don't know how to answer the phone and how to take care the customers. They never confirmed appointment and lied to the customers. But other staff are good.

My husband experienced a blockage in his tear duct due to staph infection. This infection required immediate treatment. New Hope scheduled my husband's visit immediately. Office staff was pleasant, working with us and our insurance carrier Ambetter. Dr. Breene conducted a thorough eye exam, asking questions to ensure my husband was taking appropriate antibiotics. The physical exam was painless. Dr. Breene gave an excellent explanation of the situation happening within the tear duct. We left the exam with better understanding of the problem and how to resolve the infection. My husband and I were both impressed by the staff and doctors at New Hope. We look forward to visiting New Hope again for our annual eye exams, eye glasses and contact needs.
