Had a great experience here. Optometrist was kind, efficient and caring. Didn't feel rushed. The ladies helped me choose reasonably priced frames. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Wanted to go back to a "Mom and Pop" type of Eyecare after using a chain for the past few years. New Insight Family Eyecare in Waterbury didn't disappoint! Also love the Southbury location! I’m a new patient to this office this year. Every phone call made or visit, everyone has been super accommodating, attentive and caring. Dr Villacis has always been phenomenal, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and I am glad to have found them.

I was here yesterday as a new client. The place is very upscale and the staff was knowledgeable and professional. The eye doctor was superb,friendly and took time to explain everything thoroughly. He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed or like he was too busy for questions ( like some eye doctors I've been too) Anybody looking for a great eye doctor where you can get either glasses or contacts should really try this place. They accept most insurances and deliver top notch service from start to finish!! I give them 5 stars 🤩
