I and my boyfriend just walked out from the store. We had very bad experience here. Since we walked into the store, every staff ignored us. We were the only customer they had at the moment. There were three ladies in the store. We wanted a little bit then finally there was one lady asked us what we want. After she asked us the question then she kept ignored us... They didn't even bother to move themselves from their chair. I won't go again and I'm sure you can find somewhere

Needed to get my eyes checked, been about 25 years so I searched for a local optometrist and in doing so I called about 5 and they were all closed on a Monday. I gave up and tackled later in the day. I dialed the number for New Insight Optometry, they answered. I made appointment, Eric assisted me on the telephone, I provided my insurance info, he checked and confirmed my insurance, I made an appointment within couple of days, did the eye examine, picked out frames for my sunglasses, and New Insight Optometry ordered them. Eric quoted me 2 weeks, my glasses arrived as promised, Eric left me a message, that my glasses arrived, I came in, got fitted, walked around with my new sunglasses and I am pleased. I am pleased with service, I am pleased with the frames and I will be back to get my reading glasses, I will be picking out a cool frame. New Insight has many frames to choose from. Great selection and color.

I had a very positive experience. The doctor and staff were exceptionally friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. The eyeglasses I received were perfect, and my wife's eyeglasses were also very nice. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a reliable optometrist.

They will overcharge you! They first ask about your occupation, your family, and gauge your finances. Then they will quote you much more than they send to insurance companies. DO NOT come here unless you want to pay a lot more extra!! I’ve asked them about it and said they will credit me my money then the next they charged me MORE on TOP of the said “credit”. GO somewhere that is transparent about pricing and not something about engaging with occupation etc.

Helpful staff, doing a great job keeping customers safe during Covid. If you have to venture out for new frames during the pandemic, this is a good place to go.

I've been coming to their store for the past few years… That was before their original store was burnt down and had to relocate to this new location… All the staff are very patient and provide utmost customer service unlike the big store in the huge plaza in the area… I am very glad that they are now back in business…

These people treat you nice they make sure that your walk out of their satisfaction and get good pair of glasses at a reasonable price and they test your eyes to make u feel good 😊😎 …

This is the best Optometrist that I have ever been to. They are extremely professional with Very Very good pricing. Their prices are so much less than at the big chain Optometrists. The frames that I got were exactly half the price that they were at the big chain store. Give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised and I am not an easily satisfied customer.

I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at New Insight Optometry. The staff was not very welcoming, communication felt unprofessional, and overall the customer service did not meet expectations. As a patient, I expected to feel respected and properly informed, but instead the experience felt rushed and dismissive. I believe professionalism and patient care should always come first, especially in a medical setting. Unfortunately, this visit left a negative impression on me, and I would not personally recommend this office based on my experience.

The whole process was efficient, careful and with much professionalism. The staff were kind towards us (mom & 10 yr old). The place is clean, constantly sanitized and carry variety or glasses. The only downside is parking.

This optical shop is for Chinese people. You can choose to buy glasses or have your eyes tested here. The service attitude is very good, but the service staff keeps selling, which is a bit over-marketing.

Don’t go here. The service was very rude. I was excited to get my first pair of glasses. Instead I walked out with nothing.
