Only 4 stars because the front desk by the name of Herbert gave me an attitude. He should learn how to deal with the patient. He was rude talking to me and the way he acted when I was there. Thanks to the manager that she comforted and sided with me. She promised that she will talk to that front desk associate about the matter. The guy in the front desk (Herbert) should not be in the front desk. He can not manage the stress. He gives the company a bad image. This is in Bergenfield, NJ clinic.

The Doctor was great ! I arrived at 11:10 for a 11:30 appointment. (I planned to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork, that I wasn't able to complete via the computer, that was on me) I walked out three (3) hours later. It was after 2 P.M. when I left. It's 5 Stars for the Doctor, however 0 Stars, for being there for 3 hours.

My appointment was at 12 and I got there 5 min before. They asked me to fill in the paperwork which I already completed online. Then, I started to wait for them to call me in. I waited for 35 minutes and no one callee me in. Then, I needed to leave to go back to work. I picked this time because I wanted get it done during my lunch time. If you're not going to keep the appointment time that you give to your patients, then you shouldn't be scheduling an appointment. Do not waist people's time.
