I’ve been with new Optix San Marcos for over 3 years I bring my 2 children here to get their eye exam done and get glasses if needed! Today I called and Ashley picked up I needed to get my frame replaced cause my glasses were destroyed from me sleeping with them. Ashley answered all my answers she was patient and when I asked if they offered military discount for my frames she said they did offer it as long it wasn’t apart of any of their promotions! She found the frame I currently have and they were in stock so I was super happy to get my frame the same day with my lenses! Thank you Ashley and their team for being patient with me with answering all my questions professionally I really appreciate it!

Everyone was so friendly. The doctor’s appointment started right on time. Pretty good selection of glasses in all price ranges. Very knowledgeable doctors. I felt am my questions were answered and we were not rushed at all.

I’ve been going to new optix for 3 years now. I used to live near the Kearney Mesa location, and went there the last two years. This year, I came to the San Marcos location. From the moment I walked in, everyone is super nice and acknowledged me right away. Michelle was such a patient and informative help when choosing the right glasses for my face. The doctor and medical staff were also extremely helpful, took their time, and made sure I was well informed every step of the way. I will definitely be back next year!
