Awful customer service. Wait time of 60+ minutes after the appointment time. Unreasonably expensive. They charge you full price and (clearly unlawfully) force you to sign an informed consent form before even seeing a doctor! Nurses are openly arguing between themselves, like, cursing each other. The worst ophthalmology clinic in Kyiv I’ve visited. Would not recommend. P.S. I truly wonder why the score is that high.

Very good and professional service. For about 25$ you get full scale diagnostic (around 3 hours of tests and screenings) If you are in Ukraine definitely visit this place regardless of your age. It's never too late or to early to take care of your eyes.

I recommend this place if you need to get your eyes checked. They run the whole spectrum of tests, including checking your vision and retina. Initially I booked a consultation for potential laser vision correction. However, during the tests we found out that I had a retinal tear I didn’t know about and which required urgent treatment. Conveniently, the doctors treated the tear with laser during the same visit. On the first floor they also have a store with a great variety of glasses and lenses.
