Dr. Khosrof and his entire staff are unbelievable! From the consultation, and every subsequent follow-up, they have been wonderful. It took me a while to get my procedure done (I had to figure out my just right adjustment because I only needed one eye done) so I had several appointments. I never felt rushed or pressured and always actually felt that no one in the office wanted me to rush to action if I wasn't 100% ready, which is not always the approach doctors take. The doctor will sit and answer any/all questions, explain procedures and eye health in layman's terms and is always pleasant. The office is very busy which one should be prepared for but when you see the level of attention and care you when cross the threshold, you don't mind as much. I have recommended the doctor to family and friends and now to the world... If you are anxious about eye exams or procedures, this is the place for you.

Staff are nice, but they are the worst in scheduling appointments. Expect to be there more than 2 hours. Every time my dad go there, we know they will make him wait. If you have a problem with waiting, don't overbook your appointments. Don't come here unless you want to wait

I tried calling to set up an appointment. The automated machine loops when I try to press 1 for an appointment; spamming star or pound does not forward me to a person. So I tried setting it up on their site. But the submit link 404s. From what I hear, even if I did get an appointment, I'm not guaranteed to actually see them at the provided time anyway. So, uh, yeah, I'm not dealing with this.
