When you gonna arrive be ready to wait atleast 3 hours to be called. Bathroom doors are super heavy like the patients are not elderly people in wheelchairs and the staff doesn’t care if you stand or sit for the whole stay. The wait is ridiculous. Staff is happily on their phones and not working to make sure the patients are seen in a timely manner.

This place gave me an appointment at 8:30am I show up at 8am fine. but it was 9:45am and I still wasn't call in they overbook patients and because of that you would be there for hours. I decided to leave. look for a better eye doctor unless you want to wait for hours go here.
