This was my first routine eye exam here, and I was very impressed. Dr. O'Connell took the time to examine my eyes closely, as well as clearly explain the health of my eyes and answer all my questions. (She's also super fun to talk to! :D) I did have to go back twice to get my frame adjusted, but the opticians were super kind and helpful, and they did a great job.

Went today to pick out eyewear. Bilal was dealing with a very difficult customer, but managed to keep his cool through all of it. Very friendly and helpful when it came time to order our glasses. We haven’t received them yet, but so far have been very pleased with our experience.
