Not open the hours listed on the door, or on Google. Everything is by appointment only, and they do not respond quickly to phone calls and messages. So if you drove an hour to Syracuse to shop for glasses, you're outta luck.
I've had two pairs of ic! berlins over the years, but I guess I won't be getting them this time around.
[Edit: Still haven't heard from them five days later, after leaving two polite messages on the phone number listed on the door. Not even a, "Sorry to miss you, we'll be here tomorrow."]
