First let me say Dr. Bold is amazing. He was kind and informative and really caters to young children. I would give him five stars and Recommend him to everyone. However his staff is unprofessional and smug to say it kindly. After reading reviews I’m clearly not the only one that has felt this way. Even my 7 year old noticed that they were not particularly nice. Also, if you ever plan to buy glasses somewhere else don’t go here, they will refuse to give you your PD preventing you from ordering anywhere else. Again, as a mom of a 7 year old I prefer to have one nice pair (which I bought from them) but I also wanted to buy some cheaper pairs for activities they might get broken. I asked many times and the staff refused. Finally told me “I could do it myself”

When I opened one of my eyes, I saw that my vision was fuzzy. When it continued throughout the day, contrary to my expectations, I became increasingly anxious about its presence. That same day, I called the office of Dr. Bold and made an appointment to see him. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue, but he also recommended a treatment.

I've been wearing glasses for years and always struggled to find the perfect pair - until I visited this clinic. They have a fantastic selection of frames, and the staff was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect pair for me. I couldn't be happier with my new glasses.
