They were not ready for me. I called 4 times no one answered so I had to go there myself. When I arrived,I told them I am already a customer and my information is in the system. But they asked me again for my information. While I was writing my information again one of them opened the system and noticed I am a customer!!! They were not in a good mood and forced me to do another kind of exam which is optional, they told me it’s required because it’s not the same doctor!!! When I said no they were happy to say have a nice one. 👎🏻

Location makes a difference in customer service. The checkout experience was horrible with the Target associate who is in the optical department. It really does make a difference which location you choose to visit. I was at another Target in Lemont for my grandson. I gave them A+++ and posted a positive google review. However, location did not follow my wishes at all. I was expecting to work with Alex but the other associate was there! I asked for Alex but this associate refused to let me speak to him. He was absolutely horrible. My daughter in law took my granddaughter in for the visit. I paid for everything over the phone. My wishes was to give my granddaughter the Cat and Jack glasses that we picked out with Jocelyn. He did the complete opposite. I wanted the anti-glare He told me I would loose the discount if I got anti-glare. Last week in Lemont, Illinois there wasn’t a problem at all with purchasing the anti-glare with the children’s package. He never offered my daughter in law any accessories like the Lemont store! He didn’t call me back for the second purchase as I instructed. Worse of all I told him to deliver a message to my granddaughter, HE DID NOT. If you want great customer service do not go to the 1200 Larabee location in Chicago! I’m warning you

Dr. Nik and the rest of the staff were kind and efficient. Very easy going appointment. I would go back to her for future eye exams.
