I was so nervous before getting LASIK, but Dr. Khanna made the whole experience feel easy and reassuring. She was patient, kind, and answered every question I had. I could not be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived Jackie and Sheila at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. Dr. Khanna and her assistant were thorough and answered all questions that I had. As a first time patient, I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for eye care!

I had a very positive experience with my recent cataract surgery with Dr. Khanna at Nielsen Eye Center in Norwood. The staff and Dr. Khanna are very helpful explaining the procedure. Procedures at the Dedham surgery center was very efficient. Dr. Khanna even calls you the night of surgery to be sure you are ok. Follow up is thorough and my vision is so much better! Highly recommend!

Staff was very pleasant and professional. I felt well cared for. Maybe work a bit on scheduling. I was in office waiting room until 11:45, my appointment was scheduled for 11:15. Thanks

Today June 8 I had my follow up appointment with Dr Khanna as always she explained in detail how my eye is after my procedure and how it and very caring will get better and better with time and allow me to ask questions and concerns and answer them very clear. I am very disappointed with my last appointment scheduled for 5/8 @ 3: 15 PM in the Quincy office with Nitasha Khanna, M.D. On May 8th, I had to be checked for Glaucoma issues after LPI procedures on 4/7 and 4/14. My doctor, Shobha Topgi, M.D.( she is great), was on maternity leave and transferred me to her colleague, Nitasha Khanna, M.D. A technician met me to complete my Glaucoma test, and I was assured that I would receive a call from Dr. Khanna, who could not meet with me in two to three days to obtain the results. At 3:37 PM, while I was doing the test, I received a text message that they were sorry I couldn't make my appointment(this is a $50.00 fee). When I called the office later the same day to see what was going on, the young lady from the front desk was very inadequate, asking if I was calling the right office and saying that my last visit in their system was from January. Then she explained that it was her mistake clearing my appointment. On 5/14, I finally received a call from the technician, not from Doctor Khanna, to let me know about the results. I feel neglected, and I am not ok paying for this service.

I've had my eyes checked by Dr. Khanna several times for my dry eye and she has always been very informative and helpful. Any dry eye issue I've had, she has always found a solution for. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Khanna is a awesome! I suffer with chronic dry eye and Dr. Khanna has always helped me manage with whether with eye drops or doing plugs! I recommend Dr. Khanna to anyone looking for an eye doctor or struggling with dry eye!

Received a message of my appointment was cancelled and there would be someone call me back after two months the appointment was booked. No one called me back after weeks of receiving the cancelation. It's totally unreliable. I am not going back again!
