1 star but really 0 stars for this place. After 3 years of leaving this practice, I am now getting billed for a service that was due over 3 years ago. This makes no sense, never received any notifications via mail just now after 3 years I receive a text message. I called the billing department I get nothing but a nasty attitude from the person answering the phone and the manager. Nothing was resolved and I have to accept the fact that I have a charge from 3 years ago which is kind of shady and weird, why have I never received a bill? why is this happening to others, the person on the phone mentioned, this is also very shady. So you just expect people to pay random bills from a few years back? how do I know this is not a scam? now I have to go out of my way to call my insurance and get all my bills from this place and spend countless hours trying to figure out the charges? ridiculous and beyond upsetting. Maybe they need to do a better job at keeping track of their billing department and keep on top of sending the bills in a timely matter. Unsatisfactory service every single time. I left the practice for the same reasons, it was always a long wait, and people there have attitudes all the time, just not the right environment if you want good service for your child. The doctors themselves are great, unfortunately, the staff is not and this can really be detrimental to a business.

A quick and efficient. My new eye doctors for my family. Only downside is the the frames are expensive as hell. But the doctor side of place is great.

I went to this location for the first time as I always go to their other location. The woman who examined my kids had the worst attitude from the start, she acted like she didn’t want to be there. Well fast forward to when I asked her if it was necessary for my daughters pupils to be dilated; Her answer, your daughters vision can’t get any worse than it is. I almost lost it but kept it together because I was in front of my kids. how unprofessional, rude and disrespectful of her to say that. That was not what I asked her. Please get better employees who can keep it professional. I can see that they just hire anyone and trained then very poorly. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
