My daughter and I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE at Normandy Optical Warren this morning. If you’re due for an eye exam and don’t LOVE your current optometrist office… make the change! I wish I had done it sooner. We saw Dr. Kaczmarek and she was exceptional!!! She was very personable, took her time to answer questions with detail, and made recommendations based on my priorities. Crystal handled an insurance issue with patience and understanding, confirmed my expected costs up front, and for the first time MAXIMIZED my insurance coverage to give my daughter one year of contacts at no cost to me- AND she offered to mail them to my house! Nobody tried to sell me on anything I didn’t want. I wasn’t made to feel less than for having marketplace insurance. I had read the reviews online… and they were great… but our experience greatly surpassed my hopeful expectations. We definitely found our new home for eye care!

This is the very absolute best place my family and I have ever been to period! The doctor cares more than anyone has ever cared that we have been to before! And the rest of the staff cares and are amazing too! They go above and beyond what they are required to for their job description, and they make sure you are more than taken care of! We absolutely love this place as a family and are so thankful we have found it! Now that we have found it we are definitely not going anywhere else for our eye care needs.
