The technologic advances in monitoring our eyes are magnificent, and made my whole check up efficient and effort free. This office has them all! Dr F Maiorca takes time to explain, is very experienced, and is delighted if the exam is stable. I do request my appointments with him, because I trust his care.

I would recommend Isabell. I had a problem with North Coast. Isabella was so patient and kind. She listened and got the job done. I would highly recommend her for anything that needs done with customer care and help with glasses to anyone!

Dr. Haifa Lattouf is worst medical professional I've ever dealt with. Specifically scheduled an appointment with Dr. DelPrincipe. Showed up 10 minutes early, waited half an hour in lobby and another half hour in exam room until Dr (not DelPrincipe) walked in. Did not introduce herself, was very impersonal, and rushed through the exam faster than any eye exam I've ever had (almost two decades worth). Asked what my previous prescription was and said "yea that sounds about right" and rewrote new script at same strength. Rushed me to the checkout and immediately left the building before I was even checked out. It was an end of day appointment, but if you weren't 50 minutes late then you wouldn't be rushed to leave, and even so, that is no way to treat a patient. Worst experience with any medical professional I've ever had. Only figured out her name when I was given written prescription at checkout. Was not asked if I wanted to order contacts or look at glasses, just printed receipt and was sent on my way. Also, my glasses prescription strength is different than contact prescription strength, weird?
