Dr. Boettcher was amazing and very caring. She listened intently to my concerns and was thorough with her work. Lauren, in optical, was also wonderful to work with. She helped me pick out the perfect glasses and she was extremely patient as I could not decide between three very similar tortoise print glasses. I can’t wait for my next visit!

This was my first time here and it went so smoothly.
The front desk people, Blaze and Lacey(?) were amazing and made me feel so comfortable. Blaze walked me through each step for the paperwork and was very kind and explained it perfectly.
The technician who took me back was very nice and explained what she was doing.
The doctor was kind and nice. He too his time with the exam and explained what my eyes were doing etc through each test.
Definitely will come back!

Great service from minute walked in until we left. All staff and Dr were very good at explaining everything. Felt much more comfortable after this 2nd opinion and looking forward to coming back here again. Also, looking forward to seeing my new glasses. Great service and would highly recommend this place to others.
