The actual medical care by Dr Wang is fine. What is not good is that I've been trying to get a Neurology referral to a competent Neurologist for 4 months now without success. Telephone calls are constantly transferred to voicemail. No messages are returned. Front desk staff are never happier than when bouncing a call into the void that is their telephony messaging system. Once the referral was confirmed to me when no such referral had been made. In conclusion - a one-off appointment is fine. Anything requiring a referral is a lost cause with this practice.

I was referred to this place by my PCP. I get a call on Monday to schedule my appointment they did not ask for any information at this time except just to schedule. I get a call on Tuesday to ask me for my insurance information, I did not have it handy and the lady was very rude and said if I did not call back tomorrow with it then they would cancel my appointment. So I did call the next day and gave her my information and that lady that I talked to when I called back was much nicer than the first lady. I get to my appt and the lady at the receptionist was so rude. She was very loud and announced that they tried to get my information and did not get it. I said I called yesterday to give it to you. I said I also called my insurance to make sure you were in network and she says that does not matter. I felt very uncomfortable. I waited like 35 min and walked out. Plus the office was so packed with people I already heard three other people come in to see the same doctor that I was waiting on. The receptionist/front desk lady must hate her job.
