Have left multiple messages with the techs and never recieved a call back. They will send you a bill though for an amount that has already been paid. Dr Snook I liked, but his office workers are terrible.

I had LASIK surgery with Dr. Snook. The providers went well. The staff is prompt, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Snook takes time to answer questions, he is courteous and I would recommend him to anyone.

This is only the initial visit. I was notified last week that I had a cataract in my right eye. The staff at North Dallas got me in and when I walked in the staff was amazing. They were professional as well as being able to put your anxiety to rest. The Dr was Dr Dwyer and she was great and professional she informed me that not only the right eye but eventually the left eye will need to be done. I am confident and look forward to having this procedure.
